An eight-year veteran at Arnold, Baldacci has worked on everything from youth oriented brands like truth, ESPN and Activision to CPG and automotive brands. Prior to joining Arnold, Roger worked at Fallon in Minneapolis. Throughout his career, Roger has produced an extensive body of award-winning work that has helped shape brands for clients that include Timberland, BMW, Miller Lite, Converse and VW. Baldacci is the most awarded creative at Arnold and is well-known for writing some of the iconic truth commercials such as the Emmy-winning “Shards O’Glass” Super Bowl ad and “Singing Cowboy.”
Devers’ new role as Head of Art, has been created to drive visual communication and execution across all aspects of Arnold’s creative product. In addition to working with and mentoring the art and design staff he will also work with Arnold’s digital and print production groups, as well as the studio, to ensure the highest quality across all work that the agency produces.

He is a true craftsman whose years of experience in all aspects of visual communication from print, broadcast, all the way through to digital, makes him the perfect fit for this role.”
In his nine-year tenure at Arnold, Devers has art directed campaigns for almost every client in the agency. His work for Royal Caribbean, Celebrity Cruises, Monster, Fidelity Investments and most recently Jack Daniel’s have garnered some of the industry’s highest honors.
