Melissa may be the Director of Human Resources but she feels that sounds a little to formal, so she goes by “HR Lady”, which gives you a sense of what it’s like to work with Melissa.

Clearly, she’s pretty personable.

Melissa joined Arnold in 1998 and was formerly the Vice President, Director of Human Resources at Wickersham Hunt Schwantner, a division of Arnold.  At Arnold, she took on the role of Senior Vice President, Director of Staffing. In 2002, Melissa was promoted to EVP, Director of Human Resources and was made Managing Partner in 2006.  She is also a member of the American Association of Advertising Agencies Human Resource Committee and has served on a number of panels for the organization.

Melissa knows Arnold is only as good as our people, so she strives to bring the best people she can to work here. Fortunately for us, she is one of those people.

She lives in Andover, but more than that, she lives for her husband and two children.
