From creative director to user-experience leader, Keith has taken on just about everything throughout his fifteen-year career. Here at Arnold, he works across all accounts and is responsible for establishing the customer experience across disciplines including information architecture, discovery, usability and business requirements.

Before Arnold, Keith co-founded a design and UX boutique and worked in just about every industry imaginable. He served as the Vice President of Online Services for the American Marketing Association in Boston and sat on their Board of Directors.  Keith was also the Interactive Design Manager for Staples, Inc., Senior Creative Manager at eForce Global Studio and one of the founding members of the online design curriculum team and web services group at Bentley University.
