Johan, like so many English cricketers, is Cape Town born, but adopted London as his hometown.

He’s an accomplished account man with huge experience in running agencies and managing complex multinational business, including Unilever, Mars/Masterfoods and Volvo. Johan has formerly held senior positions in agencies such as Publicis, D’Arcy and TBWA, and has worked in Paris and Singapore along the way.

Johan joined the Arnold family as co-founder of the London agency in 2008 where he is also responsible for the European regional growth of Ocean Spray and Jack Daniel’s. He is now firmly based in London but still spends a lot of time on planes!
